检测原理
过氧化脂质降解产物中的丙二醛(MDA)在高温及酸性环境下可与硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)反应产生红棕色产物3,5,5’-三甲基恶唑2,4-二酮(三甲川)，该物质在532 nm处有最大吸收峰。
