| Background | B细胞系特异性激活蛋白（BASP,Pax-5）。在B细胞早期发育阶段，Pax-5能影响CD19、CD20等B细胞特异性基因的表达。该蛋白对B细胞和神经元的发育有重要作用。它主要分布于前B细胞和成熟B细胞细胞核中，但在浆细胞中不表达：霍奇金淋巴瘤的R-S细胞弱表达；T细胞及其来源的肿瘤阴性表达；主要用于B细胞及其来源的肿瘤的诊断。 |
