用途
该试剂盒用于体外定量检测人血清、血浆或其他相关生物液体中天然E2浓度。
检测原理
本试剂盒采用竞争ELISA法。用人 E2抗原包被于酶标板上，实验时加入样品（或标准品）和辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）标记的抗E2单克隆抗体，样本（或标准品中）的E2与包被抗原E2竞争结合HRP标记的抗E2单抗上的结合位点，形成包被抗原E2-HRP标记的抗E2单抗复合物，游离的成分被洗去。加入显色底物(TMB)，TMB在辣根过氧化物酶的催化下呈现蓝色，加终止液后变成黄色。用酶标仪在450 nm波长处测OD值，E2浓度与OD450值之间呈反比，通过绘制标准曲线计算出样品中E2的浓度。
