检测原理
还原型谷胱甘肽（GSH）可与二硫代二硝基苯甲酸（DTNB）反应产生硫代硝基苯甲酸和谷胱甘肽二硫化物（反应式见下图），硝基巯基苯甲酸是一种黄色化合物，在405 nm处，可进行比色定量测定还原型谷胱甘肽（GSH）的含量。

样本稀释倍数
在正式检测前，需选择2-3个预期差异大的样本稀释成不同浓度进行预实验，结合本试剂盒的检测范围（2-100 μmol/L），选取最佳稀释倍数，进行正式批量实验。不同样本的稀释比例范围如下表（仅供参考）:
