检测原理
蛋白质在碱性条件下将二价铜离子还原为一价铜离子，一价铜离子与 BCA 分子形成紫色络合物。此络合物可用540-590 nm波长检测，反应物的颜色和蛋白浓度在一定范围内具有线性关系。

样本稀释倍数
在正式检测前，需选择2-3个预期差异大的样本稀释成不同浓度进行预实验，根据预实验的结果，结合本试剂盒的线性范围（0.0165-1 mg/mL），请参考下表稀释：
