检测原理
谷草转氨酶（AST）催化天冬氨酸与α-酮戊二酸之间的氨基转换反应，生成谷氨酸和草酰乙酸，草酰乙酸在反应过程中可自行脱羧成丙酮酸。丙酮酸与苯肼反应，生成苯腙，苯腙在碱性条件下呈红棕色。

样本稀释倍数
在正式检测前，需选择差异较大的2-3个样本稀释成不同浓度进行预实验，结合本试剂盒的检测范围（1.10-72.30 IU/L），选取最佳稀释倍数，进行正式批量实验。不同样本的稀释比例范围如下表（仅供参考）:
