检测原理
H2O2与钼酸铵反应生成稳定的黄色络合物且在405 nm处有最大吸收，黄色络合物的颜色深浅与H2O2的浓度在一定范围内具有线性关系。故可以通过比色计算出H2O2的含量。

样本稀释倍数
在正式检测前，需选择2-3个预期差异大的样本稀释成不同浓度进行预实验，结合本试剂盒的线性范围（1.5-150 mmol/L），选取最佳稀释倍数，进行正式批量实验。不同样本的稀释比例范围如下表（仅供参考）:
