检测原理
H2S可被乙酸盐溶液吸收,形成ZnS沉淀;在碱性溶液中溶解,在Fe3+存在情况下,可形成稳定的亚甲基蓝,亚甲基蓝在665nm处有最大吸收峰,通过测定其吸光值可计算H2S含量。
