检测原理
以氧化型辅酶Ⅰ（NAD+）为氢受体，乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）催化乳酸脱氢产生丙酮酸，使NAD+转化为还原型辅酶Ⅰ（NADH）。其中N-甲基吩嗪甲基硫酸盐（PMS）递氢使氯化硝基四氮唑蓝（NBT）还原为紫色呈色物，呈色物的吸光度在530 nm时与乳酸含量呈线性关系。

样本稀释倍数
在正式检测前，需选择样本之间差异较大的2-3例稀释成不同浓度进行预实验，结合本试剂盒的检测范围0.05-6.0 mmol/L，选取最佳稀释倍数，进行正式批量实验。不同样本的稀释比例范围如下表（仅供参考）:
