检测原理
TBARS（Thiobarbituric acid reactive substances）主要指丙二醛，可以和TBA在高温和酸性条件下反应形成的粉红色的化合物，其浓度与样本中TBARS的浓度具有线性关系，通过测定530-540 nm下的OD值可以间接计算TBARS的浓度。

样本稀释倍数
在正式检测前，需选择2-3个预期差异大的样本稀释成不同浓度进行预实验，结合本试剂盒的线性范围（2.6-100 μmol/L），选取最佳稀释倍数，进行正式批量实验。不同样本的稀释比例范围如下表（仅供参考）:
