检测原理
通过黄嘌呤及黄嘌呤氧化酶反应系统产生超氧阴离子自由基（O2.-），它氧化羟胺形成亚硝酸盐，在显色剂作用下产生紫红色化合物。当反应体系中加入SOD后，催化超氧阴离子自由基发生歧化反应，使形成的亚硝酸盐减少，进而产生的紫红色变浅。根据样品管与对照管中的吸光度差值，来计算SOD的活性。

样本稀释倍数
在正式检测前，需选择2-3个预期差异较大的样本设置不同的取样量，按操作表进行预实验，以确定最佳取样量。若SOD抑制率大于55%，需将样本稀释或减少取样量后再测试；若SOD抑制率小于15%，需增加取样量后再测试。 不同样本稀释比例范围如下表（仅供参考）：
