检测原理
在酸性条件下抗氧化物质可以还原Fe3+-TPTZ产生蓝色的Fe2+-TPTZ，在593 nm处测定吸光度可以计算出样本中的总抗氧化能力。

样本稀释倍数
在正式检测前，需选择2-3个预期差异大的样本稀释成不同浓度进行预实验，结合本试剂盒的检测范围（0.049-2.5 mmol/L），选取最佳稀释倍数，进行正式批量实验。不同样本的稀释比例范围如下表（仅供参考）:
