检测原理
谷胱甘肽S-转移酶（GST）具有催化还原型谷胱甘肽（GSH）与二硝基苯（CDNB底物）结合的能力，其结合产物在波长340 nm处有一吸收峰；通过测定340 nm波长处吸光度上升速率，即可计算出GST活性。

样本稀释倍数
